Bill Myers
For the past thirty one years, Attorney Bill Myers has successfully practiced law emphasizing civil and criminal litigation and the representation of corporate and individual clients in court and jury trials. Mr. Myers has twenty-nine years experience representing debtors in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings, including defense of relief from stay motions, reaffirmation agreements, trustee hearings, and other bankruptcy related matters.
Mr. Myers has represented both corporations and individuals before administrative tribunals in addition to reviewing and drafting administrative rules relating to air pollution, conformity, and other regulations affecting the utility industry. Mr. Myers is a capable trial advocate who relates well to clients, adversaries and the general public.
Mr. Myers is a National Institute for Trial Advocacy graduate. He is trained in teaching attorneys advocacy skills, mediation and arbitration, and jury trial presentation, amongst other areas of effective advocacy. As a trained American Sports Effectiveness program coach, Mr. Myers emphasizes teamwork and participation from all members of his staff.
Mr. Myers has represented hundreds of clients in jury trials over his career. He is hands on with his clients from initial client intake through the taking of depositions, performing other discovery and disclosure tasks and pretrial conferences culminating in successful jury trials. Additionally, he has handled hundreds of hearings and trials concerning civil and criminal matters.
Christopher M. Nixon MD, JD
Christopher is a native of Indiana who received a B.S. in Biology from Manchester College. He is a graduate of CETEC University School of Medicine and is board certified in family medicine. Chris graduated from the Valparaiso University School of Law and is admitted to the state and federal bars of both Indiana and Colorado.
A colonel and chief flight surgeon in the United States Air Force Reserve, Chris is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom having served in Afghanistan in 2008.
He currently engages in general legal practice, focusing primarily in the area of consumer bankruptcy.
